Terms of Use
This agreement is made between You and the LiMP Service regarding the VPN service and the related services and features. This service is NOT intended to assist in unlawful activity. It is a service that provides anonymity and privacy.
User obligations
You agree not to violate any laws of your country or of the country you are currently in.
You agree to protect your login/password and our system from misuse, not to publish your account publicly and not to share it with third parties. You are responsible for all actions performed in our system using your login and password.
You agree not to use the system for spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, opt-in mailings, unsolicited email or any other mass email campaigns, even if such emails are ultimately sent from another server. You agree not to launch any kind of attack against other computers or networks while using our service.
Service terms
The actual coverage area, speed, location and quality of the service may vary. The service strives to be available at all times, except for limited maintenance and repair windows. Nevertheless, the Service may become unavailable to a user due to many factors outside our control, such as emergencies, disruptions of third-party services, data transmission issues, equipment or network faults or limitations, interference, signal strength and so on, and therefore the service may be interrupted, limited or terminated.
We are not responsible for the loss of any data, messages or pages that were not delivered, cancelled or misrouted due to Service interruptions or performance issues, communication services or the network. We may, at our discretion, impose limits on the use of the service overall or of specific features, suspend the Service or block specific ways of using it in order to protect our users or the service.
Connection speed is approximate and does not characterize the speed at which the Service receives or transmits data. The actual speed will be determined by configuration, compression, network load and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of received data is not guaranteed; delays and gaps are possible.
Security
Computer hacking, virus distribution, fraudulent actions, network attacks, phishing and/or any other actions deemed unlawful or undesirable must be stopped or terminated. Users are responsible for the proper security settings of their services and are responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or by creating potentially dangerous situations, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Subscription rules
If you activate a "Premium" subscription, you will be charged automatically depending on the duration of the selected plan. You can cancel automatic payments yourself through your personal account on the website, or by contacting our support at support@limpvpn.com with a cancellation notice no less than 24 hours before the next billing date. Auto-renewal of subscriptions purchased through mobile apps is cancelled directly by the user via the subscription management menu of the corresponding store.
Final provisions
This is the full text of the agreement. From time to time We may publish new service rules that will become binding. It is the user's responsibility to visit this section periodically and review the updates.
